About Me
My name is Sean Gao. Living in different cities, exploring different cultures, adapting to new environments, has always been a part of who I am. I find value in change, connection through empathy.
I am a Product Designer that creates value by embracing different perspectives. Collecting ingredients from a variety of sources, human stories, diverse backgrounds and personal experiences, allows me to create a database that fuels my conceptualization. Through sketching, prototyping and rendering, I turn concepts into opportunities that connect people and companies. Working with diverse teams, I love embracing new skills, adapting and collaborating with others. I want to find new ways to create products and experiences that connect with people and enhance the emotional value.

I undertook a rebranding project of nearly 500 chain stores in China. My part of this project was designing for the interior decoration, props, as well as some of the furniture.

Collaborating with a talented team, I contributed to the design process from ideation to prototyping, gaining hands-on experience in product development.

I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of future vehicle models. I worked closely with the design team to research and explore innovative color palettes, materials, and finishes.
